The Takata Airbag Recall Information
In recent news, Takata Airbags has made a massive, nationwide recall of their airbags installed in various makes and models from 2001 to 2015. These defective airbags have exploded unexpectedly, releasing sharp debris that have been known to seriously and fatally harm those in the vehicle.Ford vehicles in the highest priority group for the Takata Airbag recall are:
- 2005 to 2014 Ford Mustang
- 2004 to 2006 Ford Ranger
- 2005 and 2006 Ford GT

Repairs are estimated to take no longer than 1 to 2 hours, however, due to the unprecedented volume of vehicles affected, wait times could potentially be longer.
